What is What if?
The "What if?" campaign was launched on December 24th, 2007 by the Reverend Kennedy Jacobs and Living Truth Ministries. This program was established to bring hope back to a blighted community through a series of urban renewal projects in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Biblical principles for this campaign are based out of  the Book of Isaiah. In particular, the verse Isaiah 58:12
